What to Expect

This program is a small group strength training class designed for women, by women. Over the course of 5 weeks, women participating in Barbell Betties will improve their strength and build their confidence – to be used both in AND out of the gym!

 

  • In addition to two awesome in-person classes per week surrounded by amazing women, you’ll receive one at-home workout (no equipment necessary) for each week of the program.
  • ALL levels are welcome and encouraged to participate!
  • This program will be led by coaches Adriane Divens and Laura O’Herron, and we are PUMPED to get lifting and laughing with you! We cannot wait to see the amazing strength gains ahead and to absolutely rock it with you as we dive into Barbell Betties together!
