WHAT IS IGNITION ALL ABOUT?

 

Ignition was designed to help you become better at physical activities outside the gym, in your real life. We assist in improving your strength and overall fitness by understanding you, your individual physical and motivational needs, and customizing your experience in class to meet those needs. In this 60-minute full-body workout class, you’ll focus on building strength, mobility, and confidence through a variety of movements that leave you feeling empowered, stronger, and more energized. Whether you’re just starting or have past experience, this all-fitness-levels class will meet you where you are.
