What to Expect

If you’ve never set foot in a gym or are intimidated by the thought of signing up for a fitness class, Slow Burn is for you. This lower-impact class is the perfect fit for those looking for a non-judgemental, no experience required, and supportive class that will get you moving at a comfortable pace.

  • A certified and experienced coach will work with you to understand and support your goals, needs, and limitations.
  • Each hour-long class starts with a guided warm-up specific to the movements included in that day’s class.
  • Workouts will consist of low-impact movements using your body weight, kettlebells, or dumbbells – and conditioning activities such as biking, rowing, or walking.
  • All movements will be scalable to challenge each member in a way that fits their individual skills, experience, and needs.
